Getting started

  • Add clients first so bookings and service records can stay connected to the right person.
  • Create bookings with date, time, duration, and reminder preference.
  • After each visit, save a service record with amount, notes, payment method, and optional photos.
  • Open Insights to review earnings and export CSV when needed.

Common questions

Does Klivora require an account?

No account is required for core local use in V1.

Where are my photos stored?

Photos selected in the app are stored locally on the device for client and service history.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Klivora includes CSV export for service records and earnings-related information.

Does Klivora support iCloud?

Klivora V1 supports optional manual backup and restore to the user’s own iCloud account. It does not describe itself as providing automatic live multi-device sync.

Backup and restore help

If iCloud backup or restore is unavailable, check the following:

  • The device is signed in to iCloud
  • iCloud Drive is enabled
  • The device has internet access
  • There is enough available iCloud storage

If the backup is still not available, contact support with the exact message shown in the app.
