1. Summary
Klivora is built as a local-first app for solo professionals and boutique studios.
Core app information is primarily stored on the user’s device. Klivora does not sell
app data and is not designed around third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
2. Information the app may store
Klivora may store the following app content created by the user:
- Client names, phone numbers, tags, and notes
- Booking details such as service name, date, time, duration, status, and notes
- Service records including amounts, payment method, notes, and timeline history
- Client photos, avatar images, and service result photos selected by the user
- Earnings and service record summaries generated from saved records
- Preference settings such as reminder choices and backup-related app state
3. How information is used
Klivora uses stored information only to provide core in-app features, including:
- Showing client profiles and service history
- Creating and editing bookings
- Saving service notes, photos, and payment records
- Displaying earnings and activity insights
- Exporting service records and earnings data to CSV
- Providing booking reminders when the user enables notifications
4. Local storage
In Klivora V1, core app data is stored on the user’s device. Klivora does not
require an account for primary usage, and core records are not sent to a Klivora
cloud service for routine app operation.
5. Optional iCloud backup
Klivora may allow the user to manually back up app data to the user’s own iCloud
account and restore from that backup later. This backup can include client details,
bookings, service records, notes, photos, and related app content selected by the user
for backup through the app’s backup feature.
Klivora V1 does not describe itself as providing automatic live multi-device syncing.
iCloud backup is optional and user-controlled.
6. Notifications
If the user enables booking reminders, Klivora may schedule local notifications on
the device using booking details such as service name, client context, and time.
These reminders are used only to help the user manage upcoming bookings.
7. Data sharing and selling
Klivora does not sell user data. Klivora is not designed to use user app data for
third-party advertising, advertising measurement, or cross-app tracking.
Klivora also does not describe its core workflow as depending on third-party
analytics or ad-network profiling for app use.
8. Data retention
Data saved in the app remains available until the user edits or deletes it, removes
the app, restores a different backup over it, or deletes related backup content from
the user’s personal iCloud storage where applicable.
9. User controls and deletion
Users can manage and remove data in several ways:
- Delete individual clients, bookings, notes, and other records in the app
- Remove the app from the device to remove local app data from that device
- Delete exported files that the user created, such as CSV files
- Delete backup files from the user’s personal iCloud storage if the user created those backups
If a user has questions about privacy or wants help understanding these controls,
they can contact klivora@isumeru.com.
10. Children’s privacy
Klivora is intended for adult business or personal record-keeping use and is not
designed for children.
11. Policy updates
This Privacy Policy may be updated as Klivora evolves. Updated versions will be
posted on this page with a revised effective date.
