1. Product information

Klivora is designed as a simple iPhone app for solo professionals and boutique studios who want to manage clients, bookings, records, notes, photos, and basic earnings in one place.

2. Acceptable use

Users agree to use Klivora only for lawful purposes and not to:

  • Use the app in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others
  • Attempt unauthorized access to app-related systems or content
  • Redistribute or copy protected content beyond what law permits
  • Misrepresent Klivora as providing regulated professional advice

3. Data and backups

Users are responsible for the content they enter into Klivora and for deciding when to export or back up that content. Optional iCloud backup remains under the user’s personal iCloud account and storage controls.

4. Availability

App functionality may change over time. Certain features, including backup-related behavior, may depend on device state, iOS behavior, notification permissions, or iCloud availability.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Klivora is provided as software only. The app owner is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, interruption, data loss, or reliance on exported summaries.
