- Notifications not arrivingCheck iPhone notification settings and confirm reminders are enabled inside the app.
- iCloud backup unavailableSign in to iCloud on the device and confirm iCloud access is available for the app.
- Shared care issuesShared care requires explicit user setup and working iCloud access for both people involved.
- Purchase or restore questionsSubscriptions and purchases are handled through Apple billing and can be restored from within the app.
- Export questionsUsers can generate supported export formats from the app when needed.
Troubleshooting checklist
- Make sure the app is updated to the latest App Store version.
- Restart the app after changing notification or iCloud settings.
- Check that the device has network access when using backup, restore, or shared care.
- For purchase issues, confirm the Apple ID used for billing is active on the device.
- If a problem continues, email support with your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.
